    The formula of the new ATLAS PLUS adhesive uses ATLAS POLYMER TECHNOLOGY. Thanks to the high content of polymer compounds, cement adhesive obtains unique properties, making it a product with the highest technical and operational parameters, guaranteeing durability for many years. The presence of polymers ensures high adhesion of all types of cladding to each substrate, including the so-called. difficult and critical substrates. Thanks to the intertwining of the polymer network with the network of inorganic cement hydration bonds, the adhesive obtains exceptional parameters. The use of polymer technology in ATLAS PLUS has the following benefits:

    • durable and strong connection of the cladding with difficult and non-absorbent substrates,
    • safety of use at temperatures already above 1 °C - thanks to binding accelerators, the use of the new ATLAS PLUS adhesive allows you to enter the cladding after 24 hours, even in the case of installation in insufficiently heated rooms in autumn - spring
    • possibility of use on substrates exposed to high deformation and vibration,
    • high resistance to extreme operating loads – mechanical and thermal,

  • DOUBLE FIBRE TECHNOLOGY

    ATLAS DOUBLE FIBER TECHNOLOGY is based on a mixture of polypropylene and cellulose fibers. Polypropylene fibers used in ATLAS DOUBLE FIBER TECHNOLOGY are a material with very high chemical resistance to acids, bases and solvents or salts. They are hydrophobic, practically non-absorbable, and therefore resistant to microbiological paralysis. Fibers improve the mechanical properties of mortar by producing dispersed reinforcement in the mortar structure. Cellulose fibers under the influence of water become flexible and malleable. They increase their volume and allow free transport of water along the fibers, which has a significant impact on the working properties of the mortar – they improve the rheology of mortars, reduce their runoff, extend open time and increase wettability of the substrate. Cellulose fibers prevent water from being drawn through the substrate too quickly, which is why the new ATLAS PLUS achieves the best technical parameters, such as adhesion to the substrate or strength, after binding. THE DUAL FIBER TECHNOLOGY IN ATLAS PLUS offers the following benefits:

    • increase in strength parameters,
    • significant increase in resistance to high operating loads and impact loads and vibrations,
    • installation safety at large temperature differences,
    • compensation of stresses arising on deforming substrates,
    • improving water retention in the adhesive mortar: the fibres limit the effects of rapid water extraction both on the connection with the absorbent substrate and with the absorbent plate and in the evaporation zone; during the bonding and drying of the adhesive mortar (especially applied in the maximum thickness), the fibres accumulate and transport water maintaining its uniform level throughout the layer,
