The ATLAS GEOFLEX EXPRESS adhesive uses an innovative silicate gel technology. Silicate gel has a unique ability to bind water and the accumulation of part of the commercial water ensures full hydration of cement, regardless of the type of cladding. Thanks to the appropriate water management, which is necessary to complete the bonding process, the gel adhesive guarantees full adhesion to substrates with varying degrees of absorbency.

• service life (standby time) - approx. 45 minutes (mixing ratio 0,24 l/kg) - approx. 75 minutes (0,3 l/kg mixing ratio)
• open time: min. 20 minutes
• Correctability: 10 minutes
• Getting on the tiles: approx. 2 hours
• grouting: approx. 2 hours
• pedestrian traffic load: after 2-6 hours
• full operating loads – wheeled traffic: approx. 24 hours
• starting underfloor heating: after 7 days

-wide range of commercial water - adjusting the consistency to the application needs

-for puttying, thin- and thick-layer bonding

-applicable in the temperature range from +5 ⁰C to +35 ⁰C

It dries very quickly – after 2 hours you can enter the tiles without fear. It is easy to adjust to your needs – you will get a convenient consistency by adding the right amount of water.

Consumption with tiles 30x30 wall, trowel with tooth 6--> 2 kg/m² floor, trowel with tooth 8 --> 2,5kg/m².
