A pair of GE80 hinges mounted on wooden doors measuring 600/900 by 2100 offers a load capacity of 80 kg, and three hinges provide a load capacity of 120 kg. For a sash with a height exceeding 2100 mm, it is necessary to install four hinges.

Application

GE80 hinges can be mounted on both left and right doors. They are suitable for use both in doors located in houses / apartments, as well as in public facilities.

Correct installation

During installation, care should be taken to maintain an appropriate distance between individual hinges. It is also necessary to mount the upper / lower hinge at the correct distance from the upper / lower edge of the wing, as it is presented in the picture next to it.

3D regulation

After installing the hinges, their position can be adjusted in three planes (horizontal / vertical / depth) using an ordinary Allen wrench.

Horizontal adjustment: /- 1.5 mm

Vertical adjustment: /- 1,5 mm

Depth adjustment: /- 1 mm
