Flipper Zero is a portable multi-tool for engineers and geeks in a toy body. Flipper Zero loves to explore radio protocols, access control systems, hardware, and more. It's completely open source, so you can customize it however you want.

The idea behind Flipper Zero is to combine all the hardware tools you need to explore and develop. Flipper was inspired by the pwnagotchi design, but unlike other DIY boards, Flipper is comfortable for everyday use - it has a solid body, handy buttons and shape.

There is an integrated 433MHz antenna in the Flipper and a CC1101 chip, making it a powerful transceiver with a range of up to 50 meters. The Flipper uses 433MHz to communicate with other flippers. The 125kHz antenna is located on the bottom of the flipper - it can read EM-4100 and hidden Prox cards, save them in memory to imitate later. There is a built-in NFC module in the Flipper Zero (13.56MHz). Together with the 125kHz module, it turns the Flipper into the ultimate RFID device operating in both the low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) ranges. The NFC module supports all major standards. There is a built-in Bluetooth low energy module in the Flipper Zero.

Full BLE support allows Flipper Zero to act as both a host and a peripheral device.

The IR transmitter can transmit signals to control electronics such as TVs, air conditioners, stereo systems, and more. There is a push-push SD slot on the Flipper so that the card will be securely secured inside and will not stick out. The Flipper Zero supports any FAT32 formatted microSD card for data storage.

Flipper Zero can be connected to any hardware via GPIO to control it with buttons, run your own code, and print debugging messages to the LCD. It can also be used as a regular USB to UART/SPI/I2C/etc adapter.

Flipper Zero has a built-in 1-wire connector for reading iButton contact keys. This old technology is still widely used around the world.
