ATLAS DOUBLE FIBER TECHNOLOGY is based on a mixture of polypropylene and cellulose fibers. Polypropylene fibers used in ATLAS DOUBLE FIBER TECHNOLOGY are a material with very high chemical resistance to acids, bases and solvents or salts. They are hydrophobic, practically non-absorbable, and therefore resistant to microbiological paralysis. Fibers improve the mechanical properties of mortar by producing dispersed reinforcement in the mortar structure.

DOUBLE FIBER TECHNOLOGY IN OK! - FLEXIBLE ADHESIVE is the following benefits:

• increase in strength parameters,
• improving water retention in the adhesive mortar: the fibres limit the effects of rapid water extraction both on the connection with the absorbent substrate and with the absorbent plate and in the evaporation zone; during the bonding and drying of the adhesive mortar (especially applied in the maximum thickness), the fibres accumulate and transport water maintaining its uniform level throughout the layer,
• limiting the effect of “pulling” the tile,
• significant improvement of operating parameters,
• increase the stability of the tiles immediately after they are glued to the substrate.

• wide range of thickness of the applied adhesive layer (2-10 mm) and thus allows thin-layer cladding also on uneven ground and allows leveling of mineral substrates
• extended open time - allows you to apply the tile to the glue for up to 30 minutes from the moment it is applied to the substrate - you can apply it to a larger surface at once and thus minimize the working time
• reduced runoff, thanks to which it is possible to install ceramics "from above" and avoid sticking cut tiles on the exposed surface
• wide range of applications in residential construction: bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, garages, staircases
