Set of Trolleys for Sliding Gate 80x80x5 – Metal Rollers (Steel)
Complete, reinforced set of driving accessories for self-supporting sliding gate for 80x80x5 mm rail. The set is based on trolleys 60.008.80 equipped with metal rollers (steel).
It is a "Heavy Duty" solution - dedicated to heavy, forged and industrial gates, where the priority is indestructibility and resistance to heavy loads. The use of steel instead of plastic ensures that the rollers will not deform under the weight of the gate.
⚙ Composition and technical parameters of the set:
1. Two 5-roller trucks (Code: 60.008.80)
- Rolls: Full Steel (Metal) – 5 pieces per trolley.
- Design: Swinging (adapts to the operation of the gate).
- Adjustment: Top plate on 4 screws with "beans" 20x11 mm (easy leveling).
- Profile: Perfectly fitted to the 80x80x5 mm rail.
- Security: All galvanized.
2. Inrun Roller with Cap (Code: 60.011.80)
- Steel element mounted on the front of the rail.
- It works with the socket, relieving the trolleys in the closed position.
- The integrated cap protects the rail from snow and ice.
3. Inrun socket / Handle (Code: 60.020)
- Mounted on the receiving post.
- It has a rubber fender that mutes the gate impact when closing.
- Stabilizes the gate vertically, preventing it from vibrating in the wind.
