The ATLAS WHITE ULTRA GEOFLEX adhesive formula uses innovative silicate gel technology in combination with white cement. Thanks to this, this product can be safely used for natural stones, marble, granite, without fear of discoloration of the cladding.

Silicate gel has a unique ability to bind water. The gel fills the pores, formed at the stage of bonding the glue by a network of inorganic bonds. Accumulation of part of the commercial water ensures full hydration of cement, regardless of the type of cladding. Thanks to the appropriate water management, which is necessary to complete the bonding process, the gel adhesive guarantees full adhesion to substrates with varying degrees of absorbency

The use of silicate gel technology is a benefit in the form of:

• Possibility of sticking tiles and cladding bright, white and natural stone without fear of discoloration,
• Possibilities of sticking cladding of any type, both absorbable and non-absorbable
• Possibilities of optimal adjustment of the adhesive consistency to the individual preferences of the contractor and the needs resulting from a specific application, by dispensing water in a much wider range than in the case of traditional adhesives
• Obtaining a full flow of adhesive mortar under the plates, which improves the adhesion and durability of the fixation, especially in external applications of safe cladding on substrates exposed to direct sunlight, both during glazing work and during bonding of adhesive mortar (e.g. on balconies, terraces, etc. )

Properties

ATLAS WHITE ULTRA GEOFLEX is produced in the form of a dry mixture of the highest quality cement binder, aggregates and specially selected modifying agents: natural and synthetic.

• The use of white cement reduces the occurrence of discoloration of natural stone and marble cladding.
• Ideal for sticking glass mosaic and for connecting luxpheres - due to its high adhesion and white cement.
• It is highly flexible – formability S1 – compensates for substrate deformation and internal stresses.
• A wide range of adhesive layer thicknesses (2-15 mm) allows you to:
• - thin-layer cladding on an even substrate,
• - thin-layer cladding on uneven ground, preceded by leveling putty,
• - thick-layer cladding on uneven ground, without the need for compensatory putty.
• Zero runoff of cladding made of any type of tiles, including large format tiles and stone slabs - giving the possibility of gluing the cladding "from above", without the need to support it at the assembly stage.
• High stabilization of large format boards (even above 5 m2) laid on horizontal surfaces - no collapsing of tiles in the mortar layer.
• Possibility of entering the cladding and grouting it after 12 hours - due to the accelerated process of binding and drying the mortar under the tile.
• Recommended for laying cladding in drinking water tanks, food industry, health care facilities, nurseries, kindergartens, etc.
