High-elastic gel adhesive Geoflex Ultra by Atlas is a silicate gel-based adhesive that has the ability to bind water. When bonding the glue, the gel fills the pores of the inorganic bonds, which ensures full hydration of the cement when gluing any type of cladding. Atlas gel adhesive provides high adhesion to many substrates with different absorbency. The use of highly flexible gel adhesive Geoflex Ultra Gel adhesive allows you to stick many types of absorbable and non-absorbable cladding, such as glaze and terracotta, natural stone, porcelain stoneware or stained, glass, printed tiles. Places where adhesive mortar will work best are: facades, garage, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, terrace, balcony, loggia, external stairs and drinking water tanks. High-elastic gel adhesive Atlas can be used on substrates such as:ceramic or stone cladding inside buildings,stable OSB/3 boards, OSB/4 boards, terrazzo, concrete,plasterboard, cement floors and primers,anhydrite and floor underlays with water or electric heating,cement and cement-lime plasters, gypsum plasters in dry and wet rooms, waterproofing. The melt under tiles of all formats Atlas adhesive mortar melts very well under tiles even above 5 m2. The consistency of the adhesive can be adjusted to specific needs by dilution. Very good Geoflex Ultra flow and S1 formability class guarantee high adhesion and durability of fastening even on such demanding substrates as g-k boards, OSB boards or underfloor heating. The highly flexible Geoflex Ultra gel adhesive can be used at temperatures from 5 to 35 degrees. The adhesive is ready to work for about 4 h. The thickness of the Atlas adhesive mortar layer should be from 2 to 15 mm. Entrance to the floor and grouting are possible after 12 hours from gluing. The consumption of highly flexible adhesive varies depending on the type of substrate, the place of application and the size of the tiles. For medium-sized tiles 30 x 30 cm, the consumption is about 2 kg of glue per 1 m2.
