ведущие в динамических экосистемах: овладение искусством ИСОРОПИН

Leading imperfect organizations in dynamic imperfect ecosystems requires a dynamic, pragmatic approach. The art of ISOROPIN connects disconnected concepts about leadership, helping leaders apply them wisely in real life.It takes a pragmatic approach. Not an idealistic one. It’s not about how the perfect leader should lead in an ideal Cosmos (context). It’s not how to improve Cosmos or the leader. It’s how we should lead, as imperfect humans, under time pressure, in the real imperfect Cosmos. It’s the art of how to lead successfully while facing tremendous challenges and bounded by limited resources; how to succeed without damaging our career, destroying our family life, losing our identity, bending our integrity, or sacrificing our well-being.It’s not a method of how to lead. It doesn’t tell leaders what exactly they should do to achieve excellence or how to change the world and themselves. It rather emphasizes the philosophy and art of ISOROPIN in dealing with reality without waiting till it gets better. This is a book written by a leader for leaders. This is also a book written from a leader’s perspective. It’s not based on research of business studies. It’s based on my +35 years of broad hands-on leading experience, assuming +20 missions in different geographies, facing a variety of different challenges and circumstances. It’s also influenced by my thoughtful observation of how +500 of my stakeholders (peers, bosses, business partners, and clients) have applied leadership while facing diverse challenges in different domains and industries.
