By doing so, he becomes ethics teacher writ large, snubs his colleagues and gets rid of this albatross of an inheritance at the same time. When the school's newspaper journalist leaks her interview with Godfrey to the Ottawa Citizen, Godfrey panics. He didn't mean to enter the giant world beyond school. His publicly pledged money on the front page has trapped him. Nervously he must proceed with his plan. The press immediately jump on the human interest story of the year!
