Product Description

The Resistance: Avalon pits the forces of good and evil in a battle to control the future of civilization. Arthur represents the future of Britain, a promise of prosperity and honour, yet hidden among his brave warriors are Mordred's unscrupulous minions. These forces of evil are few in number but have knowledge of each other and remain hidden from all but one of Arthur's servants. Merlin alone knows the agents of evil, but he must speak of this only in riddles. If his true identity is discovered, all will be lost. The Resistance: Avalon is a standalone game, and while The Resistance is not required to play.

The Resistance: Avalon is a stand alone game. It does not require you to have The Resistance to play, but it remains compatible so you can combine games.

Features

Like The Resistance, The Resistance: Avalon features upgraded components from the 1st Edition of The Resistance.  These upgrades include thick tokens for voting and tracking players on the quest (mission).  The game also includes 6 tableaus, one for each player count, with incredible illustrations. 

New roles and mechanics expand the options available to the mission leader

Be careful with who you trust because not everyone is playing for the same team

How did you come up with the idea for this product? The original The Resistance was an independent smash hit in 2009, we worked with the original designer Don Eskridge to update this game with exciting new artwork that really complimented the theme and mechanics and brought it a much broader appeal.

What makes your product special? The Resistance Avalon is quick to learn and quick to play but has enough depth to keep experienced players come back game after game.
