They relax tense and sore muscles, increase local blood circulation and relieve pain. How to use: Clean and dry the affected area. Remove the plastic backing on one side of the patch. After removing the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area. Remove from backing film and apply. Use the patch for up to 8 hours each time, 5 times a week. Do not apply to irritated skin or wounds. Do not use simultaneously with creams and lotions.
