• Multi-gas detector MSA for firefighters model Altair 4XR, designed to detect methane (CH4), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon monoxide and oxygen loss, with real-time communication technology via Bluetooth.
• Equipped with innovative XCell sensors with increased lifespan and additional functions such as: MotionAlert and InstantAlert. The meter has three types of signaling (acoustic, optical and vibration) exceeding the set alarm thresholds.
• The construction of the device allows use in explosive zones.
• Dedicated in particular as a detector for the fire brigade, also recommended for controlling contamination and air quality m.in.: at the workplace, in wells, canals, tanks, sewage treatment plants and landfills and during rescue operations.

• Equipped with an innovative system of reading and simultaneous data transmission in real time. After pairing the detector with the cell via Bluetooth, it transmits data at a distance to other users of the dedicated application. This allows for smooth communication between users and immediate response in an emergency situation.

• The measuring device uses innovative Xcell sensors with increased lifespan (over 4 years! ) and the fastest response time on the market.
• The control measurement function allows you to check the efficiency of the device. The indicator on the display indicates that the control measurement has been carried out within the last 24 hours.
• Equipped with MotionAlert alarm systems (the alarm activates after 30 seconds of device immobility) and InstantAlert (alarm activated by pressing a button) significantly increasing the safety of the user and people in his environment.
• The device sends clear alarm signals (optical, audible and vibration) when the set alarm thresholds are exceeded, thus excluding the possibility of overlooking the emergency situation.
• It has two alarm thresholds LOW (low concentration) and HIGH (dangerous concentration) so that it warns the user faster about a dangerous increase in concentration.
• A clear display showing the current value of measured concentrations, battery charging, control measurement indicator and remaining sensor life.
• Can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres classified as Z1 and Z2 zones (explosion hazard of gases, vapours or mists), explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC and temperature classes T1, T2, T3, and T4. It has the EExia d II CT4 approval feature.
• Comes with charging stand and 230V AC adapter.
